Primary Skills: AI Penetration Testing (Expert), AI automations (Advanced), LLM Testing (Proficient), security testing frameworks (Intermediate), RAG pipelines (Proficient) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 9+ month with possible extension Location: #LI-Remote Pay Range: $110 hr to $113.75/ Per Hour on W2 #LP Job Summary: We are seeking a specialized AI Security Penetration Tester for our Global Security Support Center – Application Security (GSSC AppSec) team, which is dedicated to executing client's Customer Penetration Testing & Security Findings (CPT & SF) program. This role involves adversarial security testing of AI and GenAI systems, including applications powered by Large Language Models (LLM), AI automations, and RAG pipelines, as well as developing AI-specific attack scenarios and methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including M&A, Product Security, Engineering, and Risk, to ensure the integrity, quality, and security of AI initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities: • Perform adversarial security testing of AI and GenAI systems, including LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines. • Develop and execute AI-specific attack scenarios (e.g., prompt injection, data leakage) and validate remediation efforts. • Create, maintain, and share repeatable AI testing methodologies and tooling across internal products and acquisitions. • Act as the AI security lead for M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration, including scoping AI security assessments and reviewing testing results. • Track and guide the remediation of AI security risks through to successful integration Must-Have Skills: • Direct experience testing LLM or GenAI applications, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows. Familiarity with AI/LLM security risks (e.g., prompt injection, sensitive data disclosure, model misuse). Experience building automated or repeatable security testing frameworks. Exposure to AI security guidance, such as OWASP GenAI / LLM Top 10 or NIST AI RMF. Industry Experience: Previous experience in application security and offensive security within tech or cybersecurity domain.
