Egg Freezing Liaison (RN)

Position We have an immediate opening for a full-time Egg Freezing Liaison RN. The schedule is Remote F-M 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm. Responsibilities We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the position is responsible for: • Has exceptional customer service skills • Able to communicate professionally, and promptly, via phone and the patient portal • Acts as the liaison between the new patient call center, patient, provider, and patients SGF office • Is proactive and takes actions to ensure patients have their ovarian screening completed, and resulted prior to seeing the Provider, or work to reschedule the patient • Provides clinical assistance, with some level of sales experience • Communicates with offices to alert them of concerns and to ensure patients are properly scheduled • Communicate and follow-up appropriately, professionally, and timely with all prospective patients. • Engage and provide education and support resources. • Assists in developing the marketing and process strategy for Elective Egg Freezing • Prepare and report on the metrics and make recommendations to the leadership team on how to improve processes and increase the overall experience of the Program • Provides monthly metrics to track efficiency of role and conversion Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree; RN preferred • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer. • Skilled in excel and other systems to track and pull metrics • Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.). • Ability to work both as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to work autonomously. • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely; possesses excellent interpersonal skills. • Competency in active listening and relationship building, and ability to communicate with empathy More important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
