Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution

Escalation & Collaboration

  • Identify when an issue requires escalation and route it to the appropriate senior specialist or department, ensuring a seamless hand‑off.

  • Document all interactions accurately in arenaflex’s CRM system for auditability and future reference.

Transactional Support & Upselling

  • Assist customers with payment processing, refunds, and account updates while adhering to security and compliance protocols.
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs, promote relevant products or service upgrades, and record outcomes in the system.

Continuous Improvement & Feedback

  • Provide constructive feedback on recurring issues, potential system enhancements, and training gaps to management.

Essential Qualifications (Must‑Have)
