Technology Investment Analyst

Role Overview We are seeking a Technology Investment Analyst with direct experience and formal training from a reputable investment firm. This full-time role focuses on the forefront of growth investing, particularly at early stages (Seed and Series A) and within emerging asset classes such as cryptocurrency and blockchain. The successful candidate will initially concentrate on research and deal sourcing. As the portfolio matures, the role will expand to portfolio monitoring and management, providing direct exposure to founders and high-growth technology ventures. Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing & Research Identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities across technology sectors, with an emphasis on Seed and Series A rounds. Conduct market and trend analysis to uncover emerging technologies, business models, and investment themes. Investment Analysis Perform financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment. Prepare investment recommendations and communications for the investment committee. Due Diligence Support commercial, financial, and operational due diligence for prospective deals. Founder & Ecosystem Engagement Build and maintain relationships with founders, accelerators, and other venture ecosystem players to expand deal flow. Portfolio Support Assist portfolio companies with strategy, fundraising, and market expansion as the portfolio grows. Qualifications Mandatory: Prior training and experience in an established investment firm, fund, or financial institution (venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or similar). 1–3 years of frontline investment experience, including research, deal sourcing, or execution. Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market analysis. Demonstrated interest in or exposure to emerging technologies, crypto, and blockchain ventures. Excellent commercial judgment with the ability to identify high-growth opportunities early. Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging directly with founders. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Information Technology/Engineering with a strong finance orientation.
