Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.ttJob PurposeThe HR Compliance & Reporting Specialist ensures organizational adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations, internal policies, and contractual obligations, while owning enterprise HR reporting and workforce analytics.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise HR leadership on necessary updates.
• Partner with Legal and HR leadership to mitigate compliance risks.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to validate adherence to employment laws and company standards.
• Serve as liaison with external agencies during compliance reviews.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for HR teams.
• Communicate policy updates and compliance requirements across the organization.
• Own recurring and ad hoc HR compliance and workforce reports.
• Partner with HRIS to define reporting requirements and validate data integrity.
• Develop standardized dashboards and leadership reporting packages.
• Establish reporting controls and documentation to ensure audit-ready HR data.
• Track and analyze workforce demographics to ensure compliance with OFCCP and EEOC guidelines.
• Support audits (OFCCP, EEOC) by compiling documentation and coordinating responses.
• Prepare and submit annual AAP and EEO-1 reports in accordance with federal contractor requirements.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping for applicant flow, self-identification, and good faith efforts.
• Support initiatives related to ADA, VETS-4212, and state-mandated reporting.
• Collaborate with HRIS to maintain systems that support compliance reporting and audit readiness
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in HR compliance or related HR function.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (OFCCP, EEOC, ADA).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Demonstrates sound judgment and confidentiality in handling sensitive compliance matters.
• Vendor relationship management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with varying populations.
• Adaptability to respond quickly to regulatory changes and evolving business needs.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with AAP/EEO reporting and federal contractor compliance.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience with PowerBI and analytics/dashboards.
