Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with exposure to AI/ML projects to lead Agile teams delivering data-driven and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Agile expertise and experience working with cross-functional AI teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices.
• Support AI/ML teams including data scientists and engineers.
• Remove impediments and track sprint progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage AI backlogs.
• Drive continuous improvement and timely delivery.
Requirements
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Experience working on AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
