Job Summary Epic Research and Beacon Application Analyst, Clinical Service Line Solutions, Remote Eligible, Baptist Medical Center The Epic Research/Oncology Application Analyst serves as a key technical and operational resource supporting the design, optimization, and maintenance of Epic modules related to clinical research and oncology workflows. This role collaborates closely with clinicians, researchers, and operational leaders to translate complex requirements into efficient, compliant, and patient-centered system solutions. The analyst provides advanced configuration, builds workflows, supports integrations, and ensures data accuracy across oncology and research applications. With a deep understanding of Epic functionality, clinical processes, and regulatory considerations, this senior-level resource enhances system performance, drives workflow optimization, supports research initiatives, and ensures that providers and staff have the tools needed to deliver safe, effective, and data-driven patient care. Epic Research and Beacon Application Analyst responsibilities • Provides technical assistance for the development, implementation, and support of highly complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional applications and integrated technology solutions • Troubleshoots multifaceted issues across software, hardware, interfaces, databases, and system security • Participates as a team member on multiple initiatives, including enterprise-wide projects and hospital system implementations • Supports installation, upgrades, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of hospital information systems • Maintains advanced knowledge of hospital-purchased software while ensuring data security and confidentiality • Supervises staff as needed and contributes to policy development and creation of training materials for system users • Delivers 24/7 support for assigned and enterprise-wide information systems If you are interested in this Full-Time Epic Research and Beacon Application Analyst opportunity, please apply now or contact Kerene.Malcolmhewlett@bmcjax.com.
