Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remote Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing revenue by responding to and initiating incoming and outgoing potential customer inquiries, using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete and accurate data. This role requires excellent telephone customer service skills, computer literacy, and mastery of the English language.
Key Responsibilities
• **No Cold Calling Required**: Focus on building relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
• **Establish Customer Contact**: Initiate follow-up outbound calls and receive inbound return calls to establish and maintain customer relationships.
• **Promote Products and Services**: Adequately assess customer qualification, thoroughly explain product and service benefits, and assist with facilitating physician communication as necessary.
• **Resolve Customer Concerns**: Provide appropriate information regarding products and services to resolve customer concerns.
• **Record Customer Information**: Obtain, enter, and verify required data to maintain accurate customer records.
• **Ensure Quality Service**: Follow departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as adhere to compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
• **Facilitate Sales Process**: Communicate and share information with internal and external contacts to facilitate the sales process.
• **Complete and Ensure Accurate Validation of Insurance Benefits**: Verify insurance benefits to ensure accurate and timely payment.
• **Provide Customer Follow-up**: Follow up with customers as required to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
• **Contribute to Departmental Objectives**: Accomplish required contact and sales results, and track and report progress of sales results.
Requirements
• **Excellent Telephone Customer Service Skills**: Provide exceptional customer service through phone interactions.
• **Computer Literacy**: Proficient in using computers and software applications.
• **Mastery of the English Language**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• **Education and Experience**:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Inside sales experience
• Call Center experience
• Medical industry knowledge beneficial
• Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
Computer Requirements
This position requires the use of your own equipment, with the company providing the hard phone. The following requirements must be met:
• **Internet**: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)
• **Ethernet Port or Adaptor**: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required.
• **Processor**: 1.6 GHz or greater
• **Memory**: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• **Browser**: Chrome, Edge
• **Operating System**: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
• **Monitors**: Dual monitors
• **Headset and Webcam or Internal Camera**: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews
