**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, adhering to client and company policies
* Troubleshooting technical and customer service questions, leveraging your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Communicating with end-users via various channels, including web-based tools, telephone calls, email, text, and chat technologies
* Accurately documenting all correspondence with end-users and transferring callers to the correct department
* Following strict work instructions and procedures, adapting to changes as needed
* Meeting expectations for balance scorecard metrics, demonstrating continuous improvement over time
* Participating in quality assurance monitoring and evaluation, receiving regular feedback and coaching
* Attending and participating in team meetings and required training sessions
* Providing mentoring, training, and development to other Customer Service Representatives as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
