As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and troubleshooting technical issues in a contact/call center/help desk environment. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with client and company policies, demonstrating the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. * Troubleshoot technical and customer service questions in accordance with program requirements, utilizing your analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Communicate with end-users using web-based tools, providing navigation assistance and support for various applications and queues. * Provide customer support through telephone calls, email, text, and chat technologies, accurately documenting all correspondence and transferring callers to the correct department as needed. * Follow strict work instructions and procedures, adapting to continual changes and updates as necessary. * Meet expectations for all balance scorecard metrics, demonstrating improvement over time and following proper escalation procedures for unsolved customer requests. * Maintain productivity in accordance with support program and company standards, participating in quality assurance monitoring and evaluation as required. * Attend and participate in team meetings and required training sessions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. * Provide mentoring, training, and development to other Customer Service Representatives as needed, sharing your expertise and knowledge to support team growth and success. **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. * 1-3 years of customer service experience, with a strong background in resolving customer inquiries and concerns. * Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Experience with electronic data management and navigation, including web-based tools and applications. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines as necessary. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a contact/call center/help desk environment, with a strong background in customer service and technical support. * Familiarity with industry-specific software and applications, including CRM systems and help desk tools. * Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Help Desk Technician (CHDT). **Work Environment and Culture** As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our team and the resources you need to succeed.
