You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations. **Responsibilities** * Capture and validate complex data from incoming healthcare claim forms * Classify images and documents, and pre-adjudicate documents as required * Verify data from automated data extraction tools and complete assignments using multiple source documents * Work within established procedures and practices, and under close supervision * Meet keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets, with a high level of accuracy * Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless processing and delivery of claims **Requirements** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * At least 18 years of age or older * Eligible to work in the United States * Must pass an internet speed test (download of at least 25, upload of minimum 5, and ping ms equal to or less than 175) * High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer with MS Office and internet research capabilities * Proficient in computers, including MS Office and internet research * 10-key proficiency required * Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing preferred * Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, with a high accuracy rate * Must be able to type at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in data entry or medical claims processing * Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and regulations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent communication and customer service skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.
