Position Overview
The Full‑Time Data Entry & Administrative Assistant will serve as a pivotal support resource for senior leadership, ensuring seamless office operations, meticulous data management, and high‑quality executive assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Guest & Customer Interaction: Greet visitors and callers professionally, field inquiries, and direct them to appropriate contacts.
- Communication Management: Draft, edit, and route correspondence; transcribe messages; compose reports and presentations as required.
- Data Entry & Database Maintenance: Accurately input, validate, and update data across multiple systems; perform regular database backups and integrity checks.
- Record Keeping & Filing: Develop and maintain organized filing and retrieval systems for both physical and electronic documents; ensure confidential information is securely stored.
- Report Generation: Compile, analyze, and present data-driven reports that support decision‑making for leadership.
