Position Overview – Lead Customer Service Representative

The Lead Customer Service Representative at arenaflex plays a pivotal role in delivering the high‑quality service our guests expect while grooming the next generation of store leaders. You will be the face of the store, guiding customers through their purchases, managing checkout operations, and stepping into a supervisory role that ensures smooth shift execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a warm, welcoming attitude and maintain a polished store appearance.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently, handle cash transactions, and process various payment methods accurately.
  • Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and upsell complementary items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist with the food‑service program, ensuring compliance with food‑safety standards and timely service.
  • Lead shifts on a regular basis, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and stepping in to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is presented attractively.
  • Conduct store walkthroughs to uphold cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
