Position Overview – What You’ll Do Every Day

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you are the face of the brand. Your primary mission is to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and maintain an inviting store environment. The role is fast‑paced, varied, and filled with opportunities to showcase creativity, problem‑solving, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet each guest as they enter the store, establishing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments with precision.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively suggest additional products or promotions to increase basket size.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring signage is up‑to‑date.
  • Assist with the in‑store food program, preparing orders, and ensuring food safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute daily tasks such as inventory counts, floor resets, and promotional set‑ups.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This role requires a willingness to be on your feet for up to eight hours per shift, frequent walking, and occasional lifting of items up to 30 pounds. You may also be asked to lift heavier items (up to 60 pounds) for short periods, push or pull loads, bend, twist, and climb ladders to retrieve or position merchandise.
