The Customer Experience Concierge is the front‑line ambassador of arenaflex at the bustling Denver International Airport (DEN) Centurion Lounge. Key Responsibilities
As a Member Service Professional (MSP) in the Denver Centurion Lounge, you will:
- Greet and Admit Members: Provide a warm, efficient welcome at reception, verify eligibility, and manage access flow.
- Own the Entire Journey: Take responsibility for each member’s experience from arrival through departure, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations.

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience servicing premium or high‑net‑worth customers.
