Overview of the internships
We have multiple Graphics & Design internship opportunities available. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for multiple internship opportunities within this general area. These internships will be located in the NYC area. The selected interns will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager’s in office schedule.

Graphics Production Intern: NYC - Summer 2026
Your Role Accountabilities
Duties could include:
Assist MAV producers with the design and execution of both motion and still video graphics
Assess incoming After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Cinema 4D projects from outside vendors to ensure that those projects can be used in-house to create additional graphic elements and then work with those projects to provide secondary assets
Work alongside other in-house design teams to organize toolkits, creative additional assets, send projects, and archive final renders
Work with the key art team and/or archive servers to obtain layered files to extract items needed for video assets and/or title treatments
Work closely with the Campaign Management team to prioritize graphics requests
Maintain and regularly organize the HBO Marketing graphics servers to ensure that all projects and renders are accessible to all who need them and then are properly archived

Responsibilities
• Assist MAV producers with the design and execution of both motion and still video graphics

Requirements
• A strong portfolio linked to your resume that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual design principles.
• In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong technical background as it relates to graphic design tools and workflows
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to juggle many projects at once, pivot on a moment’s notice and remain organized and professional
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
• Must be a rising Junior or rising Senior undergrad student (18 years or older)
• Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA) A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended.
• Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program.
Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Adobe InDesign, and/or Avid Media Composer is a plus
• Experience working with creative clients
