Russian-Speaking Fintech Analyst with Payment Processing Experience (P2P/Crypto)
We are building a payment processing platform (P2P + crypto) with multi-role architecture (Admin, Merchant, Trader, Support, Team Lead).
We are looking for a Russian-speaking fintech analyst with real experience in payment gateways, high-risk processing, and transaction flow architecture.
The task is to create a full technical specification including:
– System architecture
– Role and permission logic
– Payment flow (order → assignment → confirmation → dispute)
– API structure for merchants
– Webhook and callback logic
– Commission structure
– Anti-fraud and security logic
Experience with P2P processing, crypto wallets, and high-risk verticals is required.
