[Remote] Founding B2B Sales Executive – AI & Cyber Intelligence (Contractor | Remote)

Rosie's People is a scaling AI and cyber intelligence company, and they are seeking a Founding Sales Executive to help build and scale early revenue traction. The role involves establishing an early pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and converting opportunities across various sectors including finance and healthcare. Responsibilities • Building early-stage sales pipeline from first principles • Engaging senior buyers including CISOs, risk leaders, and innovation executives • Leading outbound prospecting, qualification, and early-stage deal conversion • Communicating complex technical and commercial value propositions clearly • Collaborating with leadership on GTM approach, pricing logic, and sales playbooks • Feeding market intelligence and buyer insight into product and strategy discussions Skills • Proven B2B technology sales experience (cybersecurity, fintech, SaaS, AI, or adjacent sectors) • Experience closing deals with average values of $25,000+ • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • At least 2 years of experience selling into cybersecurity, fintech, or related technology buyers • Confidence selling complex solutions with mid-market or enterprise deal sizes • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage commercial environments • Motivation by performance-led reward and long-term upside • Ability to operate independently in a fully remote setting Company Overview • We are an international Executive Leadership and People Operations Consultancy supporting leaders and businesses globally.
