Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

The Configuration Data Entry Specialist II is a pivotal role that ensures the integrity of the data feeding arenaflex’s care‑management platforms. You will be responsible for entering, validating, and maintaining configuration data across test and production environments within the AMISYS system. Your work directly supports our promise of a 48‑hour turnaround on configuration changes, enabling clinicians, analysts, and business partners to make informed decisions faster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Enter and update configuration information in assigned AMISYS accounts with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Environment Management: Coordinate configuration entries across both test and production environments, ensuring consistency and compliance with change‑management protocols.
  • Change Request Lifecycle: Review, validate, and close IS Change Requests after successful production deployment.
  • Error Investigation: Identify discrepancies in keying documents, collaborate with Business Analysts, and resolve data integrity issues promptly.
  • Mentorship & Training: Act as a trainer and mentor for junior Configuration Data Entry Specialists, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear logs of all configuration activities, generate status reports, and support audit readiness.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and IT Operations—to align configuration work with broader project goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Four (4) or more years of professional data‑entry experience, demonstrating consistent accuracy and speed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with remote teams and stakeholders.
