Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Client Manager – Customer Success to serve as the primary liaison between arenaflex and our strategic customers in the Northwest Arkansas region (Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale). In this hybrid role—requiring onsite presence 2‑3 days per week—you will own the end‑to‑end client experience, ensuring the successful adoption of arenaflex solutions, driving measurable business outcomes, and uncovering new avenues for partnership. Your expertise in the CPG and retail landscape will enable you to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations that resonate with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Collaborate with customers to define objectives that deliver high‑impact business results, building trusted relationships rooted in expertise, adaptability, and a solutions‑first mindset.
  • Insight Generation & Delivery: Leverage arenaflex’s analytics suite and deep industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue‑based analyses, producing proactive insights and action‑oriented recommendations.
  • Thought Leadership & Advisory: Position arenaflex as a strategic advisor by championing best‑in‑class tools, dashboards, and methodologies that elevate client decision‑making.
  • Opportunity Identification: Spot and articulate expansion opportunities, working closely with internal sales and account development teams to hand off qualified leads.
  • Communication & Value Demonstration: Maintain clear, consistent day‑to‑day communication, showcasing the ROI of arenaflex solutions and reinforcing value throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Revenue & Forecast Management: Ensure on‑time delivery of solutions and reporting to meet or exceed forecasted revenue targets.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with delivery, product, and analytics teams to align project milestones with client business goals, guaranteeing timely and outcome‑focused execution.
  • Presentation & Stakeholder Management: Lead compelling client presentations that translate data insights into strategic action plans, securing stakeholder buy‑in and ongoing engagement.
  • Data Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with client delivery teams to guarantee accurate, punctual monthly data feeds and reporting.
  • Consultative Problem Solving: Adopt a consultative approach to diagnose client challenges, apply industry benchmarks, and recommend solutions that drive competitive advantage.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience managing complex client relationships within the CPG or retail sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with arenaflex’s suite of analytics solutions (or comparable consumer intelligence platforms).
  • Strong analytical acumen with experience analyzing syndicated, panel, and POS data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Numerator).
  • Exceptional time‑management and prioritization skills; ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to tell a compelling story with data.
  • Self‑starter attitude with a “can‑do” mindset, curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous hands‑on experience with arenaflex (or similar) data platforms and solution implementations.
  • Exposure to consultative selling or client‑facing advisory roles within a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
