**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers with questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
* Accurately document call content in real-time to maintain accurate records and facilitate seamless communication
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions

**Schedule and Work Environment**
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with rotating holidays as needed)
* Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
* Remote work environment with access to necessary technology and resources

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $17.75

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field

* Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
