- Customer Relationship Ownership: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers, cultivating deep, trust‑based relationships and acting as the voice of arenaflex within each account.
- Strategic Communication: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer communication plan, scheduling regular technical and business reviews to showcase new arenaflex technologies, performance insights, and value‑adding services.

- Parts & Services Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales funnel for flow‑type services (parts, lease engines, FieldCore support), from opportunity identification through quote preparation, order entry, demand placement, and conversion.
- Contract Leadership: Own contract fulfillment, ensuring all deliverables meet the Terms & Conditions, including liquidated damages, bonus structures, and technology injection plans.
- Digital & Total Plant Solutions: Coordinate agreements for digital monitoring, performance analytics, and total‑plant optimization, working closely with arenaflex’s solution architects and functional groups.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee invoicing, credit memo processing, and on‑site repair billing, guaranteeing accuracy and alignment with contractual terms.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring
