ServiceNow Consultant – HRSD / ITSM / UI‑UX No. of openings: 2 Company: Financial Services / Credit Union client Location: Remote (must work U.S business hours) Contract Duration: 6 months Start Date: Immediate Seniority: Mid - Senior Level Engagement Overview Our client is seeking two (2) experienced ServiceNow motivated consultants to spearhead development in an initiative to revitalized client’s Employee Service Center. These resources will work within tight time constraints and closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user‑centered workflows and a scalable ServiceNow ESC solution in a regulated financial services environment. This is a 6‑month contract engagement, with a strong preference for candidates able to work U.S. time zone hours. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow UI / UX Experience • Design intuitive, user‑friendly ServiceNow ESC interfaces • Tailor Employee Service Center experiences • Improve usability, accessibility, and overall end‑user experience • Partner with Agile team members and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs, adoption goals, and timelines ServiceNow Development & Configuration • Configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules • Design and implement widgets, dynamic feeds, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and catalog items • Support incident, request, change, and HR case management processes • Collaborate with internal and content management teams to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions Stakeholder Collaboration • Participate in design sessions and solution walkthroughs • Provide thorough documentation and knowledge transfers as requested Required Skills & Experience • ServiceNow platform experience (mid‑ to senior‑level) • Strong UI/UX design experience within ServiceNow • Experience designing Employee Service Center interfaces • Hands‑on experience with: • Employee Service Center (UI and UX focused) • Content Management • HR Service Delivery (HRSD) • IT Service Management (ITSM) • Experience working in an Agile environment • Familiarity with SharePoint-hosted intranet sites • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) • Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast‑paced environment • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Preferred Qualifications • * Employee Center Delivery Accreditation • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) • Exposure to ServiceNow best practices in regulated industries • Experience supporting financial services, banking, or credit union environments • Experience working with distributed teams Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
