[Remote] Life Sciences Veeva RIM Consultant (Regulatory)

Cygnus Professionals Inc. is seeking a Life Sciences Veeva RIM Consultant (Regulatory) to optimize the use of Veeva RIM and implement end-to-end regulatory systems. The consultant will lead workshops, translate client requirements into solutions, and provide expertise on Veeva applications while collaborating with clients to enhance business performance and compliance. Responsibilities • Optimizes the use of Veeva RIM • Implement E2E regulatory systems and processes to enable end-to-end submission and registration management • Lead business process discovery and application design workshops • Translate complex client process requirements into a workable solution design • Create process documentation and project deliverables such as functional and technical requirements documentation • Provide subject matter expertise in Veeva’s RIM applications and defining how they fit into clients’ software ecosystems • Collaborate with client account teams and clients to understand their mission, business processes to develop unstructured requirements into quality requirements and translate business requirements to IT terms • Use data analysis tools to gather insights and support decision-making • Lead requirement discovery sessions and workshops with clients to refine requirements and validate solution designs • Extend/enhance usage of RIM capabilities with client to enhance business performance and compliance consistently across enterprise • Provide expertise on Veeva best practices, architecture patterns, and integration strategies • Incorporate client asset portfolio, including client Consulting Advantage and related Assets, into Veeva-centric solutions where appropriate • Respond to business process and requirement sections of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other procurement documents • Stay current with the latest Veeva product releases, certifications, and industry trends • Potentially mentor and guide junior resources • Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices and accelerators Skills • Prior consulting experience • Multiple experiences implementing Veeva RIM for Life Science customers • Must have a proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as the subject-matter expert • Must be able to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels • Expertise with life science regulatory information management processes (registrations, submissions, publishing, and archive) • Ability to work with a variety of customer roles, internal/external stakeholders, and delivery partners • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environment • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively • Ability to work independently and as part of a dispersed team • Veeva Certifications: Certified Veeva RIM Associate, or equivalent • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Self-starter that can lead colleagues and customers through complexity to get results • Experience with Veeva AI • Additional Veeva certifications e.g., Certified Veeva Clinical Operations Associate, Certified Veeva Safety Associate, Certified Veeva Quality Associate • Understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements (e.g., GxP, GcP) • Experience with Agile methodologies Company Overview • Cygnus Professionals is a computer software company that provides business-IT transformation solutions.
