Graphics Designer (Technical + UI/UX)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Graphic Designer Title: Graphics Designer (Technical + UI/UX) Department: Creative Digital Marketing Location: Remote Reports To: Marketing Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop along with solid UI/UX design capabilities. The ideal candidate should have actively used AI tools and automation workflows to enhance creativity, speed, and efficiency and should be updated with the latest global design trends. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical execution, brand sensitivity, and digital-first thinking. Key Responsibilities: · Design user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms using Figma · Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive (mobile-first) layouts · Develop branding materials, brochures, marketing creatives, and digital assets · Maintain brand consistency across web and print platforms · Collaborate closely with developers for accurate implementation · Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept creation, layout generation, image enhancement, and design iteration Required Technical Skills (Mandatory) · 3+ years of graphic/UI design experience · Strong proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign · Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and visual hierarchy · Strong typography and layout fundamentals · Experience designing for both digital and print environments AI Capabilities (Mandatory) · Hands-on experience using AI tools for: o Design ideation and concept generation o Image creation, editing, and background refinement o Layout suggestions and rapid prototyping o Automation of repetitive design tasks · Ability to integrate AI into daily design workflow while maintaining brand consistency · Strong judgment to refine AI outputs and ensure originality and quality Preferred Traits: · Experience building design systems · Basic motion graphics knowledge · Awareness of latest UI, digital, and graphic design trends · Understanding of performance-friendly and accessibility-focused design · Strong understanding of minimal and clean design principles · Good working knowledge of color theory and visual harmony · Ability to adhere to brand design guidelines while still exploring creative solutions · Strong problem-solving ability · Ability to work independently with good communication skills · Strong documentation habits Portfolio Requirement · UI/UX case studies · Branding & marketing creatives · Print design samples · Examples demonstrating AI-assisted workflow usage Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT / Software Engineering Compensation & Benefits: · Competitive salary and performance bonus. · Access to training and tools for continuous learning. · Flexible work environment and creative freedom · Remote work / Work from anywhere · Opportunity to be at the forefront of AI-driven creativity.
