WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Own and lead website conversion strategy across product pages, landing pages, cart, and checkout to maximize revenue per visitor.
2. Build and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap focused on increasing conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and subscription attachment rate.
3. Optimize product page hierarchy including above-the-fold messaging, offer framing, pricing structure, testimonials, ingredient positioning, and subscription UI.
4. Collaborate closely with the Performance Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Paid Media Buyer, and Email & SMS Lifecycle Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive messaging, aligned testing strategy, and optimized performance across ads, landing pages, and post-purchase flows.
5. Analyze data using tools such as GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics to identify friction points and drop-off areas.
6. Test bundle strategies, pricing tiers, subscription defaults, cart upsells, post-purchase offers, and free shipping thresholds to increase overall profitability.
7 . Optimize mobile-first user experience, ensuring high-performing checkout flow and minimal friction for paid social traffic.
8 Provide weekly reporting on conversion rate, AOV, subscription attach rate, revenue per visitor, and testing results.
9. Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate testing ideas, analyze behavioral patterns, and increase iteration speed.
BONUS (Nice to Have, Not Required)
1. Experience scaling subscription-based DTC CPG brands.
2. Experience working with supplement or wellness brands.
3. Deep understanding of subscription churn reduction strategies.
4. Familiarity with Shopify, Shopify Plus, ReCharge, Skio, or similar subscription platforms.
5. Experience running CRO on paid ads + influencer + affiliate traffic

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing for a DTC brand.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through email and SMS marketing.
• Hands-on experience building and managing flows inside Klaviyo (or comparable platforms).
• Strong understanding of subscription economics, churn reduction, cohort retention, and lifetime value optimization.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically without heavy supervision.
• Comfortable collaborating with a performance copywriter and graphic designer to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, confident interpreting performance metrics and making optimization decisions.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive with clear communication skills.
• Strong understanding of customer psychology, habit formation, and behavior-driven marketing.
• Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or supplements is a plus.
