Role Description
Are you a motivated professional with a background in real estate, sales, business development, banking, franchising, or relationship management? We are growing our team and looking for driven individuals who want to build a rewarding career helping business owners buy and sell businesses.
As a Business Advisor / Business Broker, you will work directly with buyers and sellers of small to medium-sized businesses, guiding them through the process of valuation, marketing, negotiation, and closing. What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales, negotiation, and networking ability
• Confidence working with clients and business owners
• Comfort reviewing financial statements and business performance
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Basic technology skills including CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and assess financial data
• Background in consulting or management consulting to provide client-focused business strategies
• Exceptional communication skills for client interactions, negotiations, and relationship management
• Understanding of finance and financial analysis related to business transactions
• Experience in business brokerage, deal-making, or mergers and acquisitions is a plus
• Self-motivated and disciplined to manage a flexible schedule
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
