As a Senior Data Engineer, Platform, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring that our data pipelines are efficient, scalable, and secure. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. As a Senior Data Engineer, Platform, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models. You will work closely with our data science team to develop and deploy machine learning models, and collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure that our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement data pipelines using various technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flume, and Apache NiFi * Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and AWS Glue * Design and implement data models using relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra * Collaborate with our data science team to develop and deploy machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch * Work closely with our engineering teams to ensure that our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with our data pipelines and infrastructure * Participate in code reviews and ensure that our code is maintainable, efficient, and scalable * Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure that our infrastructure is properly configured and monitored **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field * 2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-based infrastructure and data engineering * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scala * Experience with data engineering tools such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flume, and Apache NiFi * Experience with ETL processes and data modeling using tools such as Apache Beam, Apache Spark, and AWS Glue * Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra * Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch * Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and scalability * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Nice to Have:** * Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with cloud-based services such as AWS and Azure * Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitLab * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI * Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment company * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and experienced software engineer looking for a new challenge, please submit your resume and cover letter to our careers page.
