As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets.
* Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations.
* Rebooking travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations.
* Performing traveler registration and front seat tasks, correcting oversold seat tasks, and issuing upgrades.
* Issuing vouchers and coordinating with vendors for traveler accommodations, meals, and transportation.
* Performing traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/confirmation.
* Working door scanners and related tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and exit row rules.
* Working jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning travelers.
* Making boarding and flight door announcements.
* Conveying domestic/international flight documents.
* Performing traveler service flight close-out systems.
* Accepting, checking, and labeling travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters.
* Maintaining the schedule of the flight loading process.
* Performing client service hands-on training.
* Processing and completing credit card transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations.
* Assisting travelers with self-service booth registration and stand baggage handling at ticket counters.
* Operating lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters.
* Clearing/confirming international records at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations.
* Accepting and initiating travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations.
* Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and moving non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, and unaccompanied minors.
* Performing client service work related to handling regional flights and vendor/ground handling arrangements or agreements.
* Having regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any required overtime requirements.
* Answering and assisting during security or potential crisis situations.
* Providing interfacing travelers with gate information.
* Providing quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with American's policies.
* Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines.
* Following through with task-specific training phases.
* Complying with unofficial laws (e.g., FAA, TSA).
* Utilizing multiple internal assets/frameworks, including during customer interactions.
* Wearing uniforms as required by company policy.
**Contingent upon your airport size, you may also perform the following:**
* Performing Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including air to ground communication and Peak capabilities.
* Helping international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check.
* Conveying tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration documents.
**All you'll need for success**
* Least Capabilities:
+ Training and earlier professional training.
+ High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
+ Bilingual language abilities required in certain areas.
+ Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities.
+ Must satisfy FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
+ Must be able to obtain suitable airport power or U.S. Customs security identification, if pertinent.
+ Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive personal investigation, and fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements.
+ Must be approved to work in the U.S.
* Favored Capabilities:
+ Education and earlier professional training.
+ Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service Framework.
+ Past face-to-face Customer Service experience.
+ Working in a high-speed environment.
