**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for interacting with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional support and guidance on our products and services. With extensive training and support, you'll be empowered to resolve support concerns and answer pre-sale inquiries, helping to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Shift Hours**
We offer flexible shift hours to accommodate your lifestyle and work preferences. Choose from one of the following schedules:
* 11 AM EST - 8 PM EST / 8 AM PST - 5 PM PST
* 12 PM EST - 9 PM EST / 9 AM PST - 6 PM PST
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Educating customers on online privacy best practices and providing guidance on how to protect their personal data
* Documenting information about customer cases, resolutions, and feedback to help inform our strategic direction and improve our products and services
* Partnering with internal teams to resolve complex issues and championing our customers' needs throughout the process
* Resolving inquiries received via web, email, and internal ticketing system in a timely and efficient manner
* Identifying potential user interface issues and escalating them to the relevant teams for resolution
* Elevating customer issues that cannot be resolved to the arenaflex Support team lead
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written skills
* Adept troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
* A passion for learning and an ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and educational manner
* Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the workplace and navigate multiple systems
* Proficient in using technology and navigating multiple systems

**Compensation**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
