Our team of experts is passionate about harnessing the power of technology, creativity, and collaboration to drive growth, innovation, and success. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Communications Consultant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering effective communication strategies that keep our front-line customer service teams and partner organizations informed and engaged. You'll leverage your creativity, analytical skills, and expertise to develop compelling communication campaigns, ensuring that messaging is impactful, actionable, and aligned with arenaflex's vision and values. **Key Responsibilities** * Design copy and creative for digital-first campaigns across all initiatives that need to be communicated to our front-line teams and partners, driving engagement and action. * Collaborate with our creative agency, contact center partners, and back-office teams to build and oversee our governance approach and communication calendar, ensuring seamless execution and alignment. * Build strong relationships across our partner senior leadership team across all four partners and six sites, setting our agents up for success in serving our customers across Value brands. * Partner to develop our new customer service communications playbook, a comprehensive guide to effective communication and collaboration. * Drive a thoughtful, engaging, and measurable content delivery approach, ensuring messaging is received and acted upon by our front-line teams and partners. * Manage our communications scorecard and a method to track impressions, engagement, and action by medium and channel, making effective enhancements to our approach and driving continuous improvement. * Create and deliver compelling and well-supported executive communications that communicate trends, successes, and opportunities within our sites, informing strategic decision-making and driving growth. * Oversee our communication tools and act as voice of the partner and agent, ensuring our communications tools, protocols, and methods are effective, efficient, and aligned with arenaflex's vision and values. **Essential Qualifications** * Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience, with a proven track record of success in communication, leadership, and customer-centricity. * Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to develop compelling communication campaigns and drive engagement and action. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. * Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience leading a team, with a proven track record of success in leadership and team management. * Experience in critical leadership skills such as planning, prioritization, communication, and project management, with a strong ability to drive results and achieve goals. **Benefits** * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), adoption assistance, health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement. * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative solutions and services, driving growth, innovation, and success. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on customer-centricity, creativity, and continuous improvement. * Professional development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and career growth. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of excellence, where our employees can thrive, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
