Remote Fitness Sales Associate – High Commission Potential (2 Locations)

As part of our mission-driven company, you’ll guide prospective members through one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make, committing to their health and wellness journey. This role supports two MAX Fitness & Wellness locations, which means a strong lead pool and meaningful opportunity to maximize your income while making a real impact. As a remote sales associate, you’ll connect with all incoming leads, perform follow-up, and process enrollments from the comfort of your home. This is a part-time position starting at 10 hours per week, with the potential to grow into full-time based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct initial outreach to all incoming leads • Perform sales calls using the MAX Fitness & Wellness sales process • Complete daily outreach to existing leads • Follow up diligently using our proven systems • Manage leads through our proprietary platform • Process enrollments and close sales • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Qualifications: • Previous fitness sales experience is required • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong listening skills and ability to connect with others • Motivated, positive, and detail-oriented • Comfortable using technology • Passionate about helping others achieve their goals Compensation & Benefits: • $16 per hour • 10% commission on all sales, uncapped • Part-time starting at 10 hours per week, with potential for full-time growth • Sales coverage across two MAX Fitness & Wellness locations providing strong earning potential • Remote position with flexible scheduling • Weekly ongoing professional development training • Complimentary MAX Fitness & Wellness membership • Supportive, growth-focused team culture Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
