As part of our expansion, we are building a senior-level capital execution team focused on institutional debt placement.
Detailed transaction materials are disclosed only following execution of a standard non-disclosure agreement.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Institutional Debt Placement Brokers with demonstrated ability to secure and close institutional debt facilities.
This role is execution-driven and performance-based. Transaction frameworks are Company-defined. Advisors operate within established parameters and focus exclusively on sourcing, advancing, and closing lender facilities.
This is a high-accountability opportunity designed for professionals who are confident in their ability to deliver funded results.
Compensation Structure
Initial engagement is 10 Contract Consultant 1099.
There is:
• No retainer
• No base salary
• No draw
• No interim compensation
Compensation is strictly success-based.
$300,000 Success Fee Per $6,000,000 Facility Secured and Funded.
Fees are paid upon verified funding.
There is no cap on earnings.
Path to Full-Time Role
Following demonstrated performance and successful execution, this role may transition into:
Full-Time W2 Senior Corporate Finance Position
Full-time compensation package will include:
• Executive-level base salary Is $300,000.00 Annually, Plus
• Corporate benefits
• Long-term leadership alignment
Permanent roles will operate within the Company’s Managing Corporate Finance Division.
Responsibilities
• Identify and approach qualified institutional lenders
• Engage decision-makers and advance facilities through underwriting
• Coordinate diligence progression
• Support documentation and closing logistics
• Deliver funded institutional debt facilities
All execution is conducted within defined Company transaction parameters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking senior professionals with:
• Proven institutional debt placement experience
• Established lender relationships
• Demonstrated history of funded closings
• Commercial, structured, or syndicated debt background
• Strong capital markets credibility and discretion
This is not an entry-level role.
