We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful assistant who loves organization, technology, and getting things done efficiently. This is a long-term, fully remote role with very flexible hours — ideal for someone who thrives on independence and clear results rather than micromanagement.What You’ll Do• Create and organize polished client-ready PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Pro (merge Excel files, scanned docs, add bookmarks, etc.)• Help clients access and navigate our secure document portal• Set up new clients in workflow systems (Canopy, SmartVault, etc.)• Pull and organize financial reports from QuickBooks Online (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.)• Interface between different apps and tools to keep projects moving smoothly• Maintain consistent document organization, naming, and file structure• Occasionally assist with Excel merges or light data pullsWhat We’re Looking For• Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro• Comfortable working in Excel / bolthires Sheets• Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting concepts• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online (running and exporting reports)• A natural problem solver and critical thinker — someone who enjoys figuring things out• Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients by emailEducation & Experience• Associate degree or higher strongly preferred (any field — we value thinkers, not just paper credentials)• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support• Bonus points if you’ve worked in or around a tax, bookkeeping, or CPA firmPerks• Fully remote• Flexible hours (set your own schedule)• Long-term position with growth potential• Low-stress, high-trust environmentIf you’re the type who loves structure, systems, and solving little workflow mysteries — and you take pride in keeping things running smoothly — we want to hear from you.Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hirePay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 35 per week Benefits:• Flexible schedule• Paid time off• Work from homeWork Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
