About the role As a Finance & Strategy Manager, International at Grüns, you will own financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis for our international business. You’ll partner closely with international leadership to support decision-making around growth, targets, and execution as we scale globally. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive financial models, delivering clear analyses, and translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. This role is part of our remote HQ. We operate in a fully remote, high-trust environment and come together bi-annually for off-sites to connect IRL. Because this role supports international leadership, candidates must be comfortable working adjusted hours aligned with PST. This role is ideally suited for candidates based in Europe. In this role, you will: • Own financial modeling for Grüns’ international business, serving as a trusted partner to international leadership • Develop and maintain models to forecast the impact of new strategies, opportunities, and risks, and measure performance against expectations • Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to set targets relating to International performance Identify business challenges and growth opportunities and leverage data to make strategic and tactical recommendations • Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, executive-ready presentations that drive action Independently solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems end-to-end with minimal guidance We’re looking for someone who has: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or computational field • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance • High proficiency with Excel required • High proficiency with PowerPoint slides and preparing executive decks • Fluency in English • Knowledge of SQL, Looker, R, and Python preferred • Preferred: Knowledge of presenting International numbers in the context of a US company going global • Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong thought partnership skills, with the ability to own senior stakeholder relationships through clarity, judgment, and follow-through • A growth mindset, high ownership mentality, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, startup environment To Apply Please enter your info and share a bit about yourself with us below. For this role, the base salary range is between $140,000-160,000 depending on experience.
