We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst (Revenue & KPI) Location: Addison, TX | Hybrid - mostly remote but required candidates to be in Texas to travel to Addison, TX for periodic off-sites Salary: $95K–$105K + 10% bonus (flex for top talent) A fast-growing, data-driven organization is looking for a Senior Revenue & KPI Analyst to build and scale the revenue intelligence engine that will power its next phase of growth. This is not just a reporting role. This is a high-impact analytical position where you will design the frameworks, forecasting models, and KPI architecture that directly influence pricing strategy, margin expansion, capital allocation, and executive decision-making. Responsibilities include: Revenue & Pricing Analytics • Build advanced revenue models (price-volume-mix, margin decomposition, cohort analysis) • Develop scenario-based pricing and elasticity models • Support deal-level analytics (contribution margin, CLV) • Create driver-based revenue forecasts leveraging pipeline and predictive indicators • Partner with FP&A on integrated revenue, margin, and cash flow forecasting KPI Architecture & Business Intelligence • Design and standardize enterprise KPI frameworks • Define metrics across segments, channels, and geographies • Establish KPI governance and reporting consistency • Build automated executive dashboards and self-service BI solutions • Collaborate with Data Engineering on scalable data models • Write complex SQL queries to analyze large datasets Strategic Impact • Deliver executive-ready insights with clear commercial recommendations • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance • Support pricing optimization, capital planning, and potential M&A modeling • Continuously improve data architecture and reporting processes What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related field • 3+ years in revenue analytics, pricing analytics, BI, FP&A, or data-driven finance roles • Advanced Excel modeling skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX, VBA/macros) • Strong SQL proficiency • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) • Experience building scalable reporting and forecasting solutions • Executive-level communication skills Pluses: • MBA or MS in Analytics/Statistics • Statistical modeling or regression experience • Python or R • Exposure to capital markets, debt financing, or M&A analysis • Experience in high-growth environments If you are interested please reach out to Thun Lennert at tlennert@boltongroup.com.
