Onboarding Specialist – Trading & Algo Systems (Remote)
We are looking to hire an Onboarding Specialist with a strong interest in trading and financial markets to join our team long-term.
Our company provides automated algorithmic trading systems to clients. This is not a generic onboarding role. You will be responsible for guiding new clients through their initial journey with our automated strategies, ensuring they understand the system, complete the setup correctly, and start with the right expectations.
This role is highly call-driven. You will be expected to conduct onboarding calls, follow-ups, and live meetings with clients in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding from first contact to onboarding completion
- Conduct onboarding calls, live meetings, and follow-up calls (mandatory)
- Guide clients through platform setup and initial system configuration
- Explain how our automated trading systems work and set proper expectations
- Identify onboarding blockers and proactively resolve them
- Track client onboarding progress and ensure a smooth transition to Customer Support
- Work closely with internal teams (tech & support) to ensure onboarding success
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience with client onboarding is required
- Strong understanding of trading concepts
- Knowledge of futures, stocks, and crypto markets is required
- Experience with NinjaTrader is a strong plus
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Must be very comfortable conducting calls and live meetings
- Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts clearly
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
