Are you passionate to help nursing students pass the NCLEX? We're hiring nursing instructors to teach Medical Surgical Nursing, Pharmacology, Maternity-Newborn, Pediatric and Psychiatric Nursing. Role Overview • Record professional 1080p video lessons teaching Psychiatric Nursing (NCLEX-RN/PN) • Use our structured slide deck (approx. 82 slides) • Deliver clear content explanations, prioritization strategies, and NGN-style rationales • Submit polished MP4 files (clean audio + professional visuals) • Meet agreed turnaround deadlines This is NOT live teaching. Fully remote and asynchronous. Requirements • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Nurse Practitioner degree (Required) • Minimum 5 years clinical and/or teaching experience • Strong Psychiatric Nursing background • Experience teaching NCLEX prep preferred • Experience teaching NGN-style questions strongly preferred • Prior online teaching or course recording experience • Professional recording setup: • HD webcam (1080p minimum) • External microphone • Proper lighting • Quiet recording space • U.S.-based candidates preferred Compensation $400 USD total for recording the full slide deck (approximately 82 slides).
