You will interact directly with internal clients and coworkers in the development of reporting and analytic answers, as well as software design. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with internal partners and teams in the design and development of reporting answers, analytic research, and packages to guide business needs. * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis that answers business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings. * Design and develop packages for internal clients. * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods. * Turn data into actionable insights through reporting answers. * Troubleshoot technical issues. * Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders. **Required Qualifications:** * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS), + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad). * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.). * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle. * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL. * Crystal Reporting experience preferred. **Required Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** As a remote data entry specialist at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
