Remote Property Manager (Short-Term Rentals – Airbnb / VRBO) Location: Remote (Europe, North America, Central America, or South America) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to oversee and optimize short-term rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing vacation rentals, implementing pricing strategies, handling guest communication, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This is a fully remote position requiring strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and professional communication abilities. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) • Optimize pricing strategies based on market trends, seasonality, and occupancy goals • Oversee calendar management, bookings, and availability optimization • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and on-ground support teams • Monitor property performance metrics and suggest improvements • Ensure compliance with international rental regulations and best practices • Maintain high guest satisfaction ratings and positive reviews • Implement and manage operational systems to streamline workflows Required Qualifications • Proven experience managing short-term rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms) • Strong understanding of dynamic pricing, occupancy strategies, and revenue management • Experience with booking/calendar management and guest communication • Familiarity with international short-term rental regulations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
