Key Responsibilities
Creative Briefing & Collaboration
• Create 4–5 detailed creative briefs per day, outlining ad concepts, key messages, and formats for our editing team, following established internal processes.
• Collaborate closely with editors to refine and perfect creative deliverables, ensuring each asset aligns with brand strategy and performance goals.
• Leverage existing processes to develop briefs for data-driven iterations of winning ad creatives, driving continuous creative testing and optimization.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Serve as a main creative liaison to clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and progress across all initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with clients to share updates, secure creative approvals, and maintain transparent collaboration.
• Deliver clear and proactive communication to internal team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Media Buyers, Growth Managers, and the Growth Director to lead internal strategy meetings, ideating new growth initiatives and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with team members across Brand Management, Lifecycle, Influencer/Social, and Amazon departments to support integrated growth strategies.
• Extend collaboration beyond creative strategy to coordinate full-funnel growth strategies with the broader team — ensuring alignment between media, creative, lifecycle, and conversion efforts.
Video Production Ownership
• Lead and manage ongoing video production initiatives, including building scalable processes, creating detailed shot lists, organizing shoot schedules, and coordinating with the Videographer or Production Director to execute.
Strategic Direction & Performance
• Contribute to the development of creative and growth strategies that connect storytelling to performance outcomes.
• Use performance data to guide creative iteration and campaign decision-making.

• Campaigns and creatives that exceed the spend and ROAS targets outlined in each brand’s financial model.
• Streamlined collaboration between creative, media, and client teams.
• Clear communication and accountability across all deliverables.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to creative and strategic challenges.
• You live and breathe TikTok and social commerce, constantly tracking shifts in how creators drive sales and influence.
• Required: Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and affiliate programs (LTK, Amazon, TikTok Affiliate Center etc.).
• 3–5+ years in influencer or social marketing at a digital agency or growth-focused brand.
• Highly skilled in creator sourcing, outreach flows, briefing, and quality control.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Confident leading discussions, presenting strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
