This role involves leveraging expertise in visual communication to train AI systems, ensuring high-quality graphic design outputs and collaborating remotely with a creative team. Responsibilities • Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets to train AI models • Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to provide expert feedback on AI-generated visuals • Document design processes, style guides, and best practices for AI training purposes • Translate complex design concepts into actionable training materials for machine learning applications • Evaluate and test AI outputs, offering insights for continual refinement and improvement • Stay current with graphic design industry trends and integrate emerging practices into AI workflows • Communicate detailed feedback effectively to cross-functional teams in both written and verbal formats Skills • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • Proven experience in digital design across multiple platforms and formats • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail • Ability to break down and articulate design principles and creative processes • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma • Comfortable working remotely, both independently and collaboratively • Analytical mindset to assess and enhance design-focused AI systems • Experience collaborating with AI or machine learning teams • Background in data annotation, content moderation, or training AI-based products • Familiarity with version control systems and agile project management workflows Company Overview • Great companies are built on strong people.
