Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Bilingual Traditional Chinese STEM Expert to create detailed STEM-based prompts and evaluate AI model outputs. The role involves developing evaluation standards and collaborating in QA processes to ensure the quality of Traditional Chinese-language STEM benchmarks. Responsibilities • Create detailed STEM-based prompts in Traditional Chinese and/or English with multiple constraints and scientific instructions • Develop • Define evaluation standards and build comprehensive rubrics aligned with scientific rigor, reasoning accuracy, and academic tone in Traditional Chinese • Run prompts through AI models and assess outputs for scientific accuracy, clarity, and reasoning quality, comparing Traditional Chinese and English responses when required • Collaborate in QA review processes to ensure consistency, reliability, and rigor across Traditional Chinese-language STEM benchmarks • Deliver structured, high-quality work within defined project timelines Skills • Native-level fluency in written Traditional Chinese with strong reading and writing proficiency in English • BS or BA in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry • Familiarity with undergraduate-level Biology, Physics, or Chemistry topics • Strong analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
