Licensed Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Seamless Real Estate Services is hiring a motivated, licensed real estate professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their own book of business with strong systems and support in place. Requirements (Must Have): • Active real estate license in Florida, Virginia, or Pennsylvania • Currently residing in the U.S. • Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM • 3+ years experience as a licensed real estate agent with proven track record of closings • Active MLS access (excluding Bright MLS) Skills & Experience: • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and compliance • Experience with SkySlope, Dotloop, Docusign, Command, Aframe, and Google Workspace • Excellent written and verbal communication • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail • Comfortable communicating with agents, clients, lenders, title/escrow, and attorneys • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems • Self-starter mindset with the motivation to prospect and generate business (We provide tools, systems, and support.)
