Responsibilities We are currently adding a Physician Liaison RN to our team! The Physician Liaison RN is responsible for calling in verbal orders on behalf of therapists, tracking the receipt of signed therapists' orders, and ensuring the continuity of care through the operations process for therapy patients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Call in therapists' verbal orders in a timely manner for continuity of care. Follow up on outstanding plan of care and physician orders with PCP offices. Support therapists to ensure clients have what they need timely for continuity of care. Represent KidsCare Home Health in a professional manner. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report unsafe activity to your supervisor. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Perform other duties as assigned. One (1) - three (3) years of prior administrative experience. Other Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to carry out detailed but involved written instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and database activity. Strong ability to multi-task. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with simple two-digit numbers. Physical Demands/Working Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard. Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period. Light physical activity performing non-strenuous activities of an Administrative nature. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements (clear vision at 20 inches or less). Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
