Medical Records Indexer - EPIC Migration (Remote Contract)
About the position
We’re hiring Medical Records Indexers to support a critical EPIC EMR migration for a physician‑owned healthcare organization. This fast‑paced project ensures patient records are accurately transferred ahead of scheduled appointments.
Responsibilities
• Index and migrate medical records from NextGen to EPIC
• Review specialty orders
• Ensure data accuracy while meeting daily productivity goals
Requirements
• Healthcare experience (6+ months)
• 1+ year of data entry
• EMR experience (EPIC preferred)
