Graphic Designer (Focus on Packaging, Logo, Presentation, Brochures)

OJ Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Graphic Designer to join our 100% remote team as a contract / per-task based role. We will generally be needing these types of tasks (no need to know how to do them all) • Create packaging designs • Create logo/branding designs • Presentation designs • Print design (flyers, brochures, business cards, book covers, etc.) • Thumbnail designs • Web and UI/UX Design (may launch soon) IMPORTANT NOTE: You don't need to know how to do all of the above, as we can assign tasks depending on your expertise. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. Our Company Values: • It's not a corporate environment • We're flexible and easy going, but serious and responsible about meeting deadlines • We don't like micromanagement, so we want to trust that you will manage your time well • We're in a fast paced environment, so we expect great communication Qualifications & Requirements: • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Figma is a plus) • At least 3 years of graphic design experience • Must be creative, can come up with ideas without too detailed instructions • Must be a self-starter, can take initiative, and work without supervision • Excellent Written English (No typos!) • Must have good communication skills and the ability to proactively communicate • Must be committed, focused, detail-oriented and professional • Ability to understand what the client expects and apply to the designs • Strong interpersonal skills to work harmoniously with other professionals Set-up & compensation: • Fully remote • Flexible in terms of assignments (we can assign as much as you can handle) • We're looking for these rates (can discuss further once you're onboarded) • For standalone images: $5-$7 per unique image (easy variations included)** • For packaging, we're looking at $10-$15 per task • For logos, we're looking at $10-$15 per task Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
