Senior Motion Designer, Freelance

The senior motion designer will concept, design, animate, and edit multimedia content for a variety of agency clients on an as need basis. You’ll collaborate across departments to create video solutions for social, websites, tradeshows, and other emerging platforms. Duties Include: • Develop motion graphics and animations that align with client guidelines to ensure compliancy • Edit and compose footage and audio to create fully developed, engaging video content • Strategic problem-solving skills and the capacity to distill complex information into meaningful concepts • Ability to adapt design style for a variety of clients across a wide number of industries • Utilize best practices and incorporate latest design trends when developing motion graphics • Take a project from concept to completion with direction from Creative Management • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Ability to work independently as well as with internal teams to manage projects • Accept feedback and iterate designs in a collaborative team environment Skills/Qualifications: • 5+ years of professional experience in an agency or in-house creative department • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis on After Effects, Premiere and Audition • Knowledge of social media platforms, typography and design principles • Knowledge of emerging media, AI, and video trends • Familiarity with Lottie Files, Figma, and other cross-platform workflows • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs • Highly comfortable in a fast-paced work environment • Organized self-starter with the ability to organize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail • Good verbal and written communications skills Location United States (Remote) Department Creative Employment Type Freelancer Compensation $75 - $85 / hour Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
