Paid Ads Expert (Facebook & Google Ads) for Scaling E-commerce Business
We are seeking a results-driven Facebook & Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale our paid media campaigns. Our goal is to increase profitable revenue while maintaining a target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and reducing Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). The ideal candidate has deep experience in the e-commerce/DTC space and a proven track record of managing five-to-six-figure monthly ad spends.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Setup: Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
Optimization: Perform daily monitoring and optimization of bids, budgets, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS.
Creative Testing: Regularly A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to identify high-performing assets.
Technical Tracking: Ensure accurate conversion tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Feed Management: (For Google) Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds for Shopping and PMax campaigns.
Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for scaling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing paid ads specifically for e-commerce brands.
Meta Ads: Mastery of Facebook Ads Manager, audience segmentation (Lookalikes, Retargeting), and CAPI.
Google Ads: Expertise in Google Shopping, Search, and Performance Max campaigns.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Certifications: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
