Expert Digital Analyst Needed for Luxury E-commerce Insights

We are looking for a top-tier Digital Tracking & Analytics Specialist to audit, refine, and optimize our tracking ecosystem.
The Project:
We need an expert to ensure our data flow between our e-commerce platform, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Search Console (GSC) is flawless. This isn’t just about "setting up tags", it’s about architecting a measurement plan that supports high-end retail growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Architecture: Audit current containers; implement/fix complex triggers for e-commerce events (view_item, add_to_cart, begin_checkout, purchase) including custom parameters for personalization options.
- GA4 Optimization: Ensure clean data collection, resolve attribution discrepancies, and set up custom explorations to track the luxury customer journey.
- Search Console Integration: Audit GSC for crawl errors and ensure deep integration with GA4 for comprehensive organic insights.
- Data Hygiene: Identify and remove legacy scripts or duplicate firing issues that may be impacting site performance (Core Web Vitals).
- Server-Side Tracking (Preferred): Advice on or implementation of server-side GTM to mitigate browser-based tracking limitations.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with Luxury/High-Ticket E-commerce brands.
- Expert-level mastery of GTM (Data Layers, Custom JavaScript) and GA4.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console and its impact on technical SEO.
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Familiarity with international e-commerce (multi-currency, multi-domain tracking).
